| Question: | Banana Race Insurance, Bribe and Voodoo Curse... | ||
| Answer: | Insurance is to
protect you from trap (all type of traps). One insurance is only for one trap, therefore once you stepped on a trap, your insurance cover will be over, you will have to buy a new insurance to protect yourself for the next trap. And the premium (price) for the insurance is based on your step divide by 5. Bribe is bribing you way up the step. To bribe, each step cost you 200 MP. But beware, not all bribing works. 2 in 10 times you will get caught, but dun worry, you will only lose your bribing MP and nothing else. Take note, you will not see any message informing you if you are caught or not. But if your bribe is successful, you will be able to see your step increased by 1. Voodoo Curse is a spell to stop an opponent from advancing. The victim will not be moving any step for the next turn (next hour) after he/she has been cursed. Each Voodoo Curse cost 300 MP. If someone cursed you, you will not be able to buy insurance. If you have insurance when someone cursed you, your insurance will disappear. |

| Answer: | When you step on the bonus step, you will be
rewarded with HP and in most cases, you will be forwarded a few steps too. And as for
someone stepping on your trap, no, you will not gain HP, trap is only meant to slow down
your competitors. |

| Question: | What is the purposes of the traps? | ||
| Answer: | The trap is use to slow down your
competitors. Lets say, if someone is in front of you, and you are having difficulty
catching up, then place a trap or a few in front of him/her to slow her down. This way,
you can make the race more challenging and exciting. And also, you can also works with
your alliances and place a whole stretch of traps if someone else are way ahead of you and
your alliances, this is call team work. And oh, btw, each racer can only place a maximum
of 50 traps in each race!! |

| Answer: | No, once the bonus/trap has been stepped, it
will no longer be there. And if there are more than 1 racer steps on the same step, then
only the first one will get the bonus/trap. And in one step, many traps can be laid. And
it will be in the order when racers steps on it. |

| Answer: | The next race will be automatically
scheduled once the current race ended. However, you can still join the race even after it
has started. Just bare in mind, each race, only a maximum of 100 racers are allowed. |

| Answer: | Easy, just join the race by clicking on the join link. Once you have joined, then all you have to do is to check on your race progress. | Answer: | Reviews & Articles is a section where you can voice out, recommend and/or share opinions about anything and everything with everyone in FB. However, pls do not mixed up Reviews & Articles as a discussion forum. Discussion should be done in the Discussion section. Reviews & Articles are more towards "long articles" that are well written. Your article should be longer than 500 words and it can be of any category like food, movies, travel, self-improvement, parenting, vehicle, motor sports, life style, sales, event, book, jokes, gossip and almost anything... as long as you can write a good long article about it. You can even paste other great articles you have, provided you give the original authors the credits and also make sure its not against any copyrighted issue. In another words, if the article is not written by yourself, then make sure it you get the permission to post it, or it must be a free reprint article. And if its a free reprint articles, please includes all the credits of the authors. |

| Answer: | If your article(s) is deemed to be inappropriate / unsuitable for general reading, it will most likely be deleted. And if your article is from third party, and if they complaint they did not give you the rights to reprint (publish without permission), then we will also delete that particular article. your friends will not be seen by public until your friends approved it. |

Btw, after clicking, you will still have to wait for your friend to accept your friendship, otherwise you will not be able to comment about your friend. |

people clicked you as their friends, while "Network to" is to show you the

| Answer: | Well, read the notes at the bottom of the In Hand page / My Investment page and you will notice it mentioned that, if your losses accumulated to more than -100,000 HP, your stocks/investment will be automatically confisticated (erase). The investment robot will automatically do the confistication as to prevent you from bankruptcy in FB. And if you wonder why this is so? Well, this scheme is like real life, if you are too greedy, you can go bankrupt (and that is why FB has bankrupt rank). So do not be greedy!! And learn to invest smartly!! |

| Question: | Is there any way to predict the member's value? | ||
| Answer: | Well, nope. I would say it is almost
impossible to predict, because it was designed to prevent prediction. But who knows, you
might find the way to solve this!! Anyway, the best way to increase your value is to be
more active in FB. If you are investing, then investing on hyperactive members in FB will
give you a higher investment returns because they have higher values. And why do they have
higher value? Because the more active they are, the higher their values will increase, but
of course, when it decreases, it will be much more than others as well. |

| Answer: | If you can't find the members you want to
invest in the Investment search results, just go to their profiles and click on their
values. Then you will be able to invest on them. This is because inactive profiles will
not have any value. |

| Answer: | Member investment is basically like virtual
stock trading, but instead of investing in stock you are investing on the members. The
value of the member is determine by how active the member is in FB. Everything will be
calculated, character personalities, how many members invested in this member, the value
they invested on this member, number of gathering she/he organizes, blogging, messages,
clubs, stock invested, discussion messages and etc. All the accumulated total will then be
total up and divided accordingly by a fixed percentage (everyone will be the same), then
it will add a random HP value of the day (different for everyone). And there, you have
your value of the day for the member. |

| Answer: | Stock Trading is a simulation game where you
invest and trade stocks listed. The prices (HP) of the stock changes hourly. All you
have to do is just buy and sell. Buy when the stock is in a good price, and sell it when
you think the price is going down. And do read through the stock rumours as it might gives
you some good tips on what stock to buy and sell. |

| Question: | Why does my friend able to see and pick Secret Characters while I cannot? | ||
| Answer: | You will only be able to see and/or choose the Secret Characters if you have reached certain ranking and level. And the Secret Characters are not free, each and everyone of them has its own value. And you will have to use MP to buy them. |

| Question: | Can I upload my own character? | ||
| Answer: | Well, due to frequent abused, we have stop
allowing members to upload their own character. However, if you really want to have your
own character, you can send a request message to the admin. But approval of request will
be based on case to case basis, and no compromise nor obligation whatsoever. |

| Question: | What is Character Ranking and how it is ranks? | ||
| Answer: | Character Ranking is to shows your
characteristic in FB. If you are well behave in FB, and contribute a fair share of being a
good FB's member, then you will be rank highly, else you
will be ranked accordingly. The rank will be given to you by FB committee. |

| Question: | Why my HP and MP got reduced or disappeared altogether? | ||
| Answer: | If you have reduced HP/MP, most probably you have click on some activities in FB that required them to access, like star of the month, game pages and etc. And if your HP/MP gone altogether, this is not a frequently asked question, but to make a point here. There could be 2 possibilities to this scenario. First, we advise you to refresh your browser and check whether it was just a browser caching problem. Try a few times and if possible, restart your pc. If cannot, then please immediately write to info [at] foreverbanana.com. And the second possibility, is that, you account could have been hacked or caused by an unknown bug in the application. So immediately write to the admin and inform them of what happened. Don't forget to write down the particular like the error messages you saw, the page/section/link the error occurred, date and time it happened, what you did before the error happened and any other inform that you can think of. |

| Question: | How to earn HP and MP? | ||
| Answer: | It's actually pretty simple, just send
messages in FB, chit chat with other FB members, do some discussion, play games in FB and
bla bla bla... HP and MP point system is actually meant to track members' activeness and
participation, thus the more active you are in FB, the more HP and MP you will get. |

| Question: | What do HP, MP, Lv & Rk means? | ||
| Answer: | Your character will have HP, MP, Lv and Rk.
What HP, MP, Lv and Rk stands for and what are their meaning? Well, these are the terms
commonly used in role playing games. Anyway, HP means human power and it is the total
point of your character, MP stands for magic power and it is the special point you get for
doing extraordiary stuff, and finally Lv is the level of your character, your level will
be upgraded upon reaching 100% at the green/yellow bar. And as for Rk, it stands for Rank
and this is the most important of all, as this will indicates how good you are in
ForeverBanana.com. And to get promotion in this, you will have to earn for it. This is a
respect kinda thingy. :) |

| Answer: | Every character (member) will have a value
in HP. This value will change everyday based on luck as well as based on how active this
character is in FB. This is something like virtual stock trading and it is called Member
Investment, but instead of investing in stock you are investing on the members. All
activities the member involved in will be calculated, the character's personalities, how
many members invested in this member, the value they invested on this member, number of
gathering she/he organizes, blogging, messages, clubs, stock invested, discussion messages

| Question: | Why does my club members suddenly seems to decreased? | ||
| Answer: | Well, there are quite a few possibilities.
First, it might be your computer configuration. Try logging out from FB, clear all your
browser cache and refresh your browser for a few times. Then login again and try. Second, check if any of your co-founders have deleted them
accidentally or purposely. And also take into consideration, your co-founder(s) might be
sabotaging your club for some unknown reasons (this happened before, so make sure you can
trust your co-founders). Third, there might be a bug in FB and also someone might have
hacked into FB database and deleted your club/club members for some unknown reasons. This
is very unlikely but it could happened too. And there are more unlikely reasons as well.
Anyway, if you have checked all the possibilities above and still in doubt, please inform
FB administrator. Maybe, just maybe they can help, but no compromise. Oh, please also take
note, if a particular member has been banned from FB, he/she will also disappeared from
your club member list. |

| Answer: | No, founder and co-founder can add/delete
messages and approve/reject/ban members. But only founder can do the club setting and

| Question: | Message got deleted / disappeared? | ||
| Answer: | If you are sure (very very sure) you did not
accidentally deleted it or your friends who know your account password playing with you,
then pls refer to the "Rights & Privacy in FB" topic. And also pls read the
notices in the respective pages where sometimes deletion is an automated tasks based on
criteria or time. |

| Question: | How many messages my message box can keep and for how long? | ||
| Answer: | A maximum of 50 messages are allowed to be
kept in your inbox at any one time. The reason is because, FB encourages read and delete
style. And as for how long a message can be saved in the inbox, well, you can keep it as
long as you want as long as you do not keep more than 50 messages. And please take note,
sometimes if you see your old messages being deleted, this is because the server space
might have been full and thus the script will automatically do database housekeeping (old
data deletion). Please refer to the FB Terms of Service for more storage info. |

| Answer: | Blogging is an online journal or some called
it the online version of diary. And please read the bottom of the add blogging page, the
blogging is only kept in the database for a period of time and/or whenever the server

| Question: | What is referrer email? | ||
| Answer: | Referrer email is an email where you can
send to your friend(s) to invite them to join FB. And for every friend that joined FB
through your referrer link (given in the email), you will get some hp. And if you face
timeout error while sending referrer email, pls try to send an email at a time or time
again some other time. Sending referrer email from FB is a bit slow, especially when you
put in more than an email, so it is more recommended for you to copy and paste your
referrer link (you can find your own link in the FRIENDS page) and send them to your
friends thru your favorite instant messager program or your email. |

| Question: | Why sometimes the sms doesn't work? | ||
| Answer: | The sms feature works fine, but sometimes
when the traffic (both FB email server & the phone operator sms server) is loaded, the
sms messages will be send to message queue (phone operator sms server) and in queue these
messages sometimes get lost, this is common thing in email2sms feature. |

| Question: | Why only allowed 019, 012 and 016? | ||
| Answer: | This is because... so far, only these 3
Malaysian phone operators' network support email to SMS technology. If you know any other
phone operator network that supports email to sms, please let me know, I will add it in
for you. Be it Malaysia phone or any other country on planet earth. Be sure to let me know
the email extension used, for example phonenumber@sms.celcom.net.my. Please take note, sms to 012 and 017 have been temporary disabled by Maxis. |

| Question: | Is the SMS feature functioning? | ||
| Answer: | Yes, it is perfectly for 019, 012 and some
016 (IOD service subscribers)! Try it out on your own cell phone and see. However, I do
not guarantee it is working every time as sometimes the phone operator network might be
crowded and your message might be put on queue and in a queue your message might be lost.
And as for the technology behind this feature, well it is called EmailToSMS !! Please take note, sms to 012 and 017 have been temporary disabled by Maxis. |

| Bugs / Errors | |||
| Question: | I can't play some of the games? Can you fix the bugs? | ||
| Answer: | Some of the games in FB are written in javascript, therefore your browser must support javascript and also the version compatibility is very important. Check if your browser java plugin is enabled and you have the latest version installed. In most cases, these are not bugs, merely your browser/javascript plugin compatibility issues, however if you faced such an error, do write to the admin. |

| Question: | If I found some loop holes in the vc activities and I abused it... | ||
| Answer: | In this case, if you report the error/bug to
FB admin, you will be rewarded with HP and MP. But if you abuse the feature and do not
report the error/bug, in most cases, we will moderate your hp/mp to the original state
when we do point auditing. So, we would advise you to report if you found anything
unusually (the better FB improved, the more fun you get in return), even if you do not
intend to report it, pls do not abuse it in any way. |

| Question: | Common errors and what to do? | ||
| Answer: | Syntax error - Occurred when you entered some foreign (special) character like ' or ". - Report the error to the admin and try to enter your data again without special char. Timeout error & Too many client tasks & Server overloaded - Occurred when the server is overloaded (too many people in the site) - Try to access the site later, a few minutes time. Application restarted - Most probably the site/database has just been updated and it's restarting. - Restarting time is usually within 1 or 2 minutes. |

| Question: | Why I encountered some errors and what should I do? | ||
| Answer: | Errors (or so-called bugs) are unavoidable,
because no application in this world is 100% error proved (tell me if you ever found one).
Anyway, if you ever encountered any error, please copy down the error messages that you
saw, and then write down the time it occurred, the page where it happened, what you did

| Question: | Why sometimes my messages gone? Discussion & messages in message box... | ||
| Answer: | Well, almost every features in FB has an
automated house-keeping agent (script). It will automatically triggered these agents when
certain criteria met, like database out of space, expiry date reached, faults / filtered
words detected, message quota reached and etc etc. What these agents do are to do
house-keeping on the data (delete and arrange). And sometimes, the agents might go awry
and thus some messages might be deleted accidentally, if this happened then sorry lor. Anyway, FB is fully and personally funded by myself and thus I have limited resources (money) and
therefore, deletion of old messages are necessary to keep FB running smoothly and
freely. |

| Can't Login, Banned & Being Disturb | |||
| Question: | Forgotten your password? | ||
| Answer: | Just go to FB main page and click on PASSWORD problem. If you have forgotten about your nickname in FB, cannot remember the email you used to registered, did not enter your email address when registered or the email address you registered in FB is no longer accessible to you, then write to info [at] foreverbanana.com |

| Question: | I know my profile is there in FB when I tried logging in, it said my nick is invalid. | ||
| Answer: | Starting FBv6, we only allowed nickname with alphanumeric charaters for security purposes. Therefore, if you have a profile in FB with special characters nickname, then please write to info [at] foreverbanana.com. We will revive your profile and change the special character in your nickname to make it accessible to you again. However, if you prefer to have a new profile/nickname in FB, you are most welcome to register for a brand new profile. |

| Question: | Why sometimes I can't login to FB? | ||
| Answer: | If you sometimes can login to FB and sometimes cannot, in most cases, this is because of your cookies issue. Just close all your browser windows (or open a new one) and access FB again, this will do the trick. However, if you found that some computers can login to FB and some cannot, that is most probably due to your firewall setting. FB is using cookies and session varibles like most dynamic websites, so you must enabled your firewall to allow your computer to access dynamic website and allow accepting cookies from the site. |

| Question: | Why I can't login, it gave me an error message saying wrong password? | ||
| Answer: | Well, first of all, make sure you type in
the right password, and also make sure you follow the cases (although it is not case
sensitive but sometimes conflict does happens). And you can also use the forget password
feature at the main page to retrieve your password to your email. If all efforts returned
no result, then write to the admin. There could be many reasons for such a case, like...
forget password, someone managed to guess your easily guess password and changed it and
etc etc. |

| Question: | Why suddenly I can't log into FB, it said there is no such nickname? | ||
| Answer: | Oh oh, this is serious. Double check your
nickname again, the spelling and the case (although FB login is not case sensitive, but it
is recommended that you use the same case letter as you've registered). And if everything
else still can't work. Then immediately email to admin@foreverbanana.com and inform
the admin of your scenario, FB account details, like your nickname and when was the last
time you managed to successfully logged into FB, and any other info that you think might
be useful to help the admin to recover your FB profile. |

| Question: | Why did my FB's profile was temporary banned? | ||
| Answer: | If you were presented with the temporary banned (or temporary disabled) message, it was because you had typed in too many topics/messages that look and smell suspicious like spamming. Therefore the FB auto defense robots (scripts) will automatically and temporary disabled your FB's profile until further notice pending analyzing of the alleged content you had submitted. This is usually not more than 24 hours. Anyway, if you think this is an error, you did nothing wrong then please write to the admin at info [at] foreverbanana.com. Sometimes the automated scripts can do mistakes as well. |

| Question: | Why my friend got banned in FB? | ||
| Answer: | In FB, we do not simply imposed ban on any
member (and why do we want to banned anyone if that member is not making serious
troubles??). FB's administrators have a set of strict rules and regulations to follow
before banning of any member is considered. If we really did banned a member, it means
that we have enough evidence to show this member is "too much" of a nuisance to
FB. FB is a public community that is free to use but not to be abuse. And it has its very
own personal policies as well. FB is meant to be a site with clean and healthy contents,
as well as having healthy-minded members. |

| Question: | I've received some silly messages from some silly member... so how? | ||
| Answer: | In the real world as well as the virtual
world, there ought be some really silly people making a mockery out of themselves. Please
ignore them, and do send us the messages that you have received from them. We will act in
our reach to track them down and take appropriate action towards the culprit(s), including
taking real legal action if we have to. |

| Question: | What can you do to me if I go against FB Terms of Service? | ||
| Answer: | We sincerely hope you will not go against
FB, because FB is not against anyone/company and we are not competiting against any
business as well as any company. And we would like to apologize if in any way FB has
offended you. And to know what we can and we will do if you use FB and yet go against FB
Terms of Service, you will need to thoroughly read through FB Terms of Service. But just a
brief summary here, we will track your IP addresses, if its belong to a company IT
network, we will contact your company manager and formally file a complaint. If you are
connecting from an educational center, we will contact your college/university principal
to file a comlaint. If you are a home user, we will contact and complaint to your ISP. And
if you are a cyber-cafe user, we will contact the cc and obtain your info. And worse come
to worse, we will not hesitate to make a police report and file a complaint. And if
necessary, we will also take appropriate legal action. |

| Answer: | Actually, FB is full of surprises and full of secret chambers. If you are lucky and if you have reached certain level of ranking in FB, then you would probably see lots of hidden sections that others won't be able to see, they won't even know the existence of this sections. |

plus lots of determination, and of course money and luck play some crucial roles as well.
It is really life threatening to manage a portal like FB, and it is a miracle FB survived
till now. Especially FB have hackers trying to hack in every month (if not day). And
catching up with all these hackers are definitely life squeezing (a tips for you, having a
good server/hosting company is half the battle won). Anyway, again like I said, FB is not
meant to challenge or compete with any party, portal or site. But I can't deny there are
unintentional competition created. To those competitors, sorry guys, I come in peace, can
